Job details:

  • Analysis of all website traffic and analytics and puts plans into place to better user experience and website search results
  • Experience in and understanding of Google analytics, Google trends, Google ads
  • SEO: keyword management – monthly analysis of keywords, search results, overview of trends and working with content and marketing team on initiating changes
  • SEO: community ranking management to include local search ranking analysis, reviewing competitors rankings and keywords, implementing any needed changes with assistance of content and marketing team
  • SEO: Review any monthly SEO crawl issues with marketing team and develop initiatives to adjust as needed
  • Managing community listings
  • Managing and increasing backlinks
  • Creates monthly reports based on SEO, analytics, competitor trends and keywords for each senior living community and client
  • Implements best practices from findings in reports
  • Assistance with media purchasing and PPC/digital advertising as needed
  • Website updates as needed

The perfect candidate:

  • Loves data and knows how to communicate data efficiently
  • Is experienced in SEO and PPC
  • Understand web best practices
  • Stays up to date on Google algorithm changes and SEO
  • Is professional in written and spoken communication
  • Is very organized and follows through on tasks
  • Works independently and also enjoys working on a small team
  • Experience in senior living preferred¬†
  • Critical thinking a must
  • Thinks big picture
  • Is curious
  • Loves seniors

The imperfect candidate:

  • Works with black hat SEO principles. We absolutely never put out bad or inappropriate work. You must stand by the work you do.

Additional details:

  • This is a 32-hour position with approximately 3 days/week in the Fort Worth office and remote hours the rest of the week (initial weeks will be full-time in office)
  • Flexible hours
  • We expect this position to grow to 40-hours a week within a few months
  • Opportunities for learning, growth and development encouraged and provided by C&C
  • No benefits or paid time off at this time; however, this will be provided as soon as possible
